Our goal is to apply a unique skillsets in fitness, health, wellness, and occupational therapy to provide skilled instructions, demonstrations, recommendations, and education on what steps you can take to ensure your continued independence despite any limitations. We believe we can help our clients to decrease medical costs related to aging by properly preparing them to age in their own homes. My experience as a home health Occupational therapy assistant has led me to the conclusion that to properly help people age in place, we need to teach them how to maintain their abilities before the age associated limitations become a factor.
Through personal experiences, I have found that a person with a new injury or disability needs less assistance from others to complete daily activities if they receive proper preparation and training. We believe healthy or younger individuals can reduce their medical costs and maintain their independence following medical procedures, if they are prepared in advance for the limitations they will face while recovering.
